Dosage

1 x times daily, 20 ml in the morning immediately before a meal. Drink enough liquid with it. It can be consumed pure or in combination with another beverage.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator (at 4–8 °C). Ensure that the bottle is always properly closed. Improper storage may result in a decrease in live probiotic bacteria.
